- Users retain ownership of their content
- Grant AffluentPay license to use content for service provision
- Represent that content does not infringe third-party rights
- Assume responsibility for content accuracy and legality
10.3 Third-Party IP
- Respect for third-party intellectual property rights
- Proper licensing and attribution
- Compliance with usage terms and conditions
- Prompt response to infringement claims
11. Limitation of Liability

AffluentPay shall not be liable for:

- Incorrect beneficiary details provided by users
- Currency fluctuations or rate changes
11.3 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the transaction amount or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold AffluentPay harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services

- Infringement of third-party rights
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Negligence or willful misconduct
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by User
- Account closure request through customer support
- Settlement of outstanding transactions

- Refund of unused balances (if applicable)
13.2 Termination by AffluentPay
We may terminate your account for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Non-compliance with KYC requirements
- Regulatory or legal requirements
- Business discontinuation

- Immediate cessation of service access
- Settlement of outstanding obligations
- Survival of applicable clauses

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications
- Material changes may require explicit consent
16.3 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

AffluentPay shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures.
16.5 Assignment
AffluentPay may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity. Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent.
